Refund & Cancellation Policy — Coaching Service

This policy applies only to the paid Live 1:1 Debrief (30 minutes) coaching service.

Cancellations & Refunds

Full refund: Cancel ≥ 24 hours before your scheduled session start time.
Late cancellation (within 24 hours): No cash refund. Instead, you’ll receive a single-use coupon for 50% off one coaching session, valid for 6 months from the date we issue it.
No-shows (miss the start time): No refund and no credit.

All timing is based on the time zone shown on your booking confirmation.

Free reschedule: Request ≥ 24 hours before start time.
Inside 24 hours: Treated as a late cancellation — your original booking is canceled and you receive the 50% off coupon to rebook.

Issued as a coupon code to the booking email.
Value: 50% off one 30-minute coaching session.
Validity: One time use; not redeemable for cash.
Non-transferable and not stackable with other discounts, coupons, or affiliate codes.
Applies to the then-current list price at checkout.
One credit per original booking (multiple late cancellations from the same booking do not generate additional credits).

If DCS Combat Academy needs to cancel or reschedule, you may choose a new time or a full refund.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method for the full amount paid. Processing times depend on your bank/processor.
